Jordan Invited as Williams F1 guest at Silverstone

On the 3rd June 2005 a few BMW drivers were invited as a guest of the Williams F1 Team to enjoy a days hospitality at an F1 Tyre Test at Silverstone.This included Jordan wearing ‘head phones’ so he could listen to what Mark Webber or Nico Rosberg were saying directly to their engineers. Going to different parts of the circuit to view ‘the boys’ in action and enjoy lunch with Nico Rosberg (Williams’ Test Driver and former German Formula BMW Champion), to fire a few questions at him about the realms of Formula One.

During the lunch Nico was incredibly helpful regards any queries or questions that we had about the F1 car or motorsport in general. I must admit I wasn’t expecting him to be as nice as he was, after all, he is a nineteen year old driving an F1 car, and not to mention his father is a multiple F1 World Champion (Keke Rosberg!)
